First-class entry-level gravel bike
Sterrato (/ste'rːato/) is Italian for: dirt, unpaved
Featuring gravel drop bars with wider drops, plenty of tire clearance for road, gravel and city riding, the Sterrato offers excellent performance on any surface. If you just want a bike that will allow you to ride safely on asphalt and paved roads, as well as gravel and trails and in the mountains, the Sterrato is the bike for you.
Equipped with a Shimano GRX drive, a specially optimized gravel gear system - with a very wide range and 10 gears. On asphalt and off-road, the Shimano GRX-400 shifts up and down reliably, the double-tap technology allows you to switch between the individual gears with short movements and minimal effort, and the Shadow+ technology, which has proven itself in mountain bikes, prevents the chain from falling off in rough terrain. The hydraulic disc brakes also impress with good controllability and a solid pressure point.
To ensure that you have sufficient grip on both asphalt roads and off them without sacrificing speed, the Sterrato 7.0 comes with the all-rounder Schwalbe G-One gravel tires in 40 mm version. The cream-brown sidewalls contribute to a retro look.
The discreet eyelets for mudguards and luggage racks allow the gravel bike to be converted into a sporty tourer or commuter bike. You can carry additional bottles on the CARBON fork or even more luggage using optional adapters/holders. A lowrider or front wheel carrier can also be mounted.
In order to have fun with this gravel bike for a long time and to be able to experience as many adventures as possible, all frame and fork tubes are ED coated to protect against corrosion both inside and out. The frame and fork were then powder coated, which on the one hand offers additional protection against weather influences and corrosion, and on the other hand the powder coating is extremely scratch and impact resistant.
