Deuter's protector backpack offers protection for unadulterated driving pleasure
The removable SAS back protector of the tested protector backpack offers maximum protection in the event of a fall. The materials in the carrying system are precisely matched to the SAS protector. In combination, they offer the highest possible level of protection. The protector consists of a special foam that returns to its original shape after being deformed.
Thanks to the high hip fin attachments, the Attack offers a secure fit. The rucksack is close and firm to the body when going up and down.
The new protector holder offers more space for equipment. With two straps, mountain bike protectors can be attached to the outside of the lower part of the backpack in no time at all. The full-face helmet remains firmly and securely on the backpack - thanks to the new holder. The full-face helmet can be quickly and easily attached to the outside of the backpack with just one strap.
The deuter Carrying Guard makes it easy to carry the bike: the abrasion-resistant and non-slip material on the upper part of the back and in the upper part of the shoulder straps. This means that the bike remains firmly on the backpack in the carrying passages. The position adjustment straps are loosened for this purpose.

deuter Aircomfort
Deuter relies on maximum ventilation for backpacks with a small to medium volume that are used in easier terrain. The indestructible heart of the Aircomfort systems is the permanently elastic spring steel frame. It gives the airy special net its stable tension even under load and thus creates a ventilation space between the rucksack and back through which the moist air can escape unhindered.
The result: up to 25% less sweating thanks to the maximum ventilation of the Aircomfort mesh back system. This ensures less circulatory stress and thus more endurance - scientifically tested by the renowned Hohenstein Institute.
600D PES
Woven from 600 denier polyester yarn and with a thick PU coating, the tear-resistant and light fabric can be used universally. When it comes to keeping the weight of the rucksack as low as possible with moderate use, this is the ideal choice. The "Deuter-Super-Polytex BS" variant is produced according to the strict Bluesign standard. Their equipment and resilience are identical.
