The XCR Pro lever is the ultimate in lightweight construction. Featuring a carbon blade and titanium hardware paired with an XCR X2 caliper.

After the Race brakes were discontinued, Hope always had in mind that it should be replaced with something superior. The increasing demand for trail and XC complete bikes is the perfect occasion to market Hope's new, lighter, more powerful XCR brake, which has understandable improvements due to its ergonomics and lighter lever feel. It is light but still designed without compromises for XC and trail riders.

The lever assembly's minimal radial design lends itself to the easy bleed action you've come to expect from Hope, thanks to the traditional reservoir. Despite the minimalist design, there are details such as the adjustable lever reach and the hinged mounting clamp for reduced weight and simplified assembly. New bushings ensure reduced friction and the very light feel in the lever. The look is optimized with the carbon handle and the silver anodized layer.
