Innovative road bike shoe in a wide design

The S-Works Torch is Specialized 's next evolution in road cycling shoes. From a combination of body geometry, bionics, scientific data and craftsmanship, they have created a shoe that delivers noticeably better performance on the road and remains virtually imperceptible on the foot.

Through targeted improvements, such as relocating the BOA® cable for better pressure distribution or introducing a new, wider but lighter carbon sole with an "I-Beam" strut, Specialized has developed a shoe that offers like no other performance with excellent, hardly noticeable wearing comfort.

• The new upper with its adaptive zones offers more strength in key areas - and with a wearing comfort that lets you hardly feel the shoe
• Based on their RETÜL data sets, Specialized has widened the bed for the ball of your foot by 4mm compared to the S-Works 7
• Thanks to the complete redesign, the carbon sole of the Torch is a whole 20 grams lighter than that of the S-Works 7 - and thanks to the integrated "I-Beam" strut, it has the same strength
• The new, RETÜL data-based bar leans a little more to the lateral side. And thus ensures a tighter foot fit without constricting
• The asymmetrical heel pad supports the medial side. In this way, they were able to save material on the lateral side and further lower the shoe collar
• The newly designed BOA® cable routing improves the fit and reduces pressure points on the front ankle strap
• The BOA® S3-Snap Fit System made of aluminum allows the finest adjustments in the middle
• The titanium alloy cleat mounts can be easily reversed to move the pedals/cleats back up to 5mm
• The three-screw cleat pattern fits all standard road bike pedals
• The replaceable anti-slip heel profile always remains firm and secure thanks to countersunk screws
• The new Torch Wide sole is 4mm wider than the standard width (and therefore 8mm wider than the S-Works 7)
