Rohloff CC PM set with Direkt PostMount disc brake mount

The PM Bone allows mounting of a Rohloff SPEEDHUB on frames (135mm, 142mm, 170mm, 177mm) with Direkt PostMount brake mount (for 160mm or 180mm brake discs). In order to be able to derive the support torque from the hub via the PM Bone into the frame, a PM axle plate must be used. The PM Bone is mounted between the frame and the brake caliper and thus acts like an adapter, which requires the use of the next larger brake disc.

Important mounting condition

The Rohloff PM axle plate must lie flat in the area of ​​the axle and must not collide with other frame parts (weld seam). Only then is interference-free installation possible with PM axle plate and PM Bone. An assembly with PM Bone can be used on frames with brake seats on the seat stay or the chain stay (in the frame triangle).

DANGER
For dropouts that are open at the bottom, the support point of the PM axle plate on the PM Bone must be in front of the imaginary line through the axle slot to prevent the axle from being pulled out of the dropout (risk of accident).
