Cane Creek's HELM MKII suspension fork
The Helm MKII is Cane Creek's first major overhaul of the Helm-Fork range and improves on its predecessor in almost every way.
The Helm MKII features a newly developed damper with a new compression and center valve circuit for more support and control, while a new SKF oil seal head and 2.5-weight damper oil reduce friction and provide a smoother ride.
The HELM MKII incorporates all of the innovative features of the original HELM fork, including a tokenless air flow adjustment design, independently adjustable positive and negative air chambers on the air spring, and a rider adjustable travel that allows HELM MKII owners to change the travel of their fork Home with just a few common tools.

- Improved response behavior thanks to an optimized cartridge, low-viscosity oil and new SKF seals with MTRX technology, an oil-filled polymer matrix
- Damping: closed damper cartridge in mono-tube construction
- Suspension: Double Air air suspension with independent positive and negative air chambers as well as mechanically adjustable negative spring
- Setting options: high-speed compression 10 clicks, low-speed compression 17 clicks, low-speed rebound 10 clicks
- Tool-free, internal air volume adjustment in 8 positions
