The GX Eagle Transmission (T-Type) chain is the strongest SRAM has ever made. It was specially developed to optimize Eagle transmission and features a unique flat-top design. This shape not only maximizes shifting performance and enhances the aesthetics of any bike, but was specifically designed to withstand the extra torque load of E-MTBs thanks to its massive chain rivets that give it incredible strength.

PowerLock®
SRAM chain engineers developed PowerLock® as a tool-free, secure and consistent way to connect their chains. Although no special tools are required for assembly with PowerLock®, given the tight tolerance range of a 10, 11 and 12-speed drivetrain, each PowerLock® can only be used once.
