When the short is mandatory
There are days when only a baggy goes for style reasons. But there's also always the question of whether the look justifies a compromise in terms of comfort - and in the end you're wearing Lycra®. So Castelli set out to develop a better baggy.
They've chosen a stretch fabric that offers great stretch, yet is incredibly light yet strong. Thanks to the DWR finish, mud and water simply roll off. They give the shorts two open jeans-style pockets so that nothing falls out. The rather close-fitting cut makes you look good even when the bike tour is over. And in the saddle, the baggy doesn't inflate like a balloon, but creates a subtle look.
These shorts don't have their own seat pad, so wear them over your favorite Castelli shorts. The Superleggera is a good choice for warmer weather, or the Unlimited if you want the extra pockets.
