A lightweight, breathable off-road racing shoe equipped with a carbon outsole that masters gravel slopes, MTB trails and CX courses with impressive speed - the Ferox is the epitome of speed.
Whether it's a technical XC trail, a fast-paced cyclocross race, or an all-day graveler event, the Vento Ferox Carbon is there when high-performance, foot stability, and consistent comfort are what matters most.
Individual, secure hold
Thanks to the double closure system, the instep and forefoot can be adjusted separately to ensure a customized and secure fit. At the instep, the Powerstrap system ensures excellent foothold at higher cadences, such as those encountered when riding off-road, while providing a reliable, fall-resistant system that gets you safely to your destination. In the forefoot there is a high-quality bi-directional Li2 BOA® Fit System, which enables a micro-adjustable, extremely precise adjustment with an even pressure distribution.
Stiff sole with trail-ready profile
The perfect fit is rounded off by a redesigned X1 outsole. With a very good stiffness-to-weight ratio, the carbon plate efficiently transfers the power generated by the shoe to the pedals. The outsole is now equipped with large lugs and a rubber coating that extends over the entire tread, including the midfoot, and thus also ensures optimal grip off the bike.
Lightweight, breathable, durable
The low weight of the Ferox is also thanks to the innovative upper construction, which combines a polyurethane-coated material with a transparent and comfortable mesh. This not only saves weight, but is also breathable and tear-resistant at the same time.
