The DEORE SL-M5100 11-speed Rapidfire Plus shift lever from Shimano features a lightweight, ergonomic, and compact design. In addition to shifting performance, it also takes things up a notch. With a 20% shorter lever reach, it offers fast shifting and requires 35% less effort.

The right 11-speed DEORE shift lever benefits from the same technologies as its XTR, DEORE XT, and SLX counterparts, including I-Spec EV. This allows for a significantly wider adjustment range for individual cockpit ergonomics in the shift and brake lever area. Combined with other technologies such as RAPIDFIRE PLUS and TWO-WAY RELEASE, these shift levers allow for faster, more precise, and more comfortable shifting in both directions through the cassette's 11 gears than ever before.
