Shimano Shadow RD
With its sophisticated technology, the Shimano SHadwo RD rear derailleur is particularly well-suited for a more aggressive riding style. Its extremely low profile brings with it a number of advantages. Thanks to its flat design and single-tension construction, the derailleur won't hit the chainstay, even under the roughest conditions. Direct Mount Rear Derailleur
With a mounting option for Shimano Shadow RD and Shimano Shadow RD+, rear wheels are easier to remove. The direct mounting function is designed for a wide range of modern frames with long chainstays, especially mountain bikes with thru-axle dropouts. It allows for flexible frame design, requires no special tools (M10x1 mounting bolt, no E-clip), and makes installing the rear wheel easier.
E-Tube Project - settings adjustable via the app
The E-Tube Project mobile app, developed by Shimano, offers features for customizing the bike, updating firmware, and performing maintenance via a wireless connection. More detailed bike maintenance is possible by connecting the bike to the E-Tube Project app for Windows V4 using a cable.
