Z series
KMC was the first chain manufacturer to develop special chains for mid-engine e-bikes. Their analysis of the power transmission in e-bikes with a mid-engine showed that the frequent gear changes under load require significantly higher safety reserves that cannot be achieved with classic chains. EPT
The latest milestone from KMC in rust protection. The non-toxic EcoProTeQ treatment doubles the rust resistance compared to KMC's RB anti-rust treatment. The advantages of the very smooth coating are maximum rust resistance, low noise and a great look.
Nickel Plated
Nickel is an alloy metal that is mainly used for steel finishing. It makes steel corrosion-resistant, increases its hardness and toughness and is very effective as a rust protection.
