The new SLX is available with either a two-piston brake for cross-country or a four-piston brake for trail and enduro use. The newly designed brake lever, which is mounted at an angle, rests on the handlebars at two points, significantly increasing rigidity. This ensures more precise feedback and increased braking performance, supported by SERVO WAVE technology. The braking system thus offers faster reactions, more power and a shorter free travel.
