- All returns for orders from 18.12.2024 can be processed again, we are working through them step by step.
- Unfortunately, we cannot process returns from orders placed before 18.12.2024: In this case, please contact the provisional insolvency administration (mail@hgw.de).
- Gift vouchers can currently neither be purchased nor redeemed.
