The most advanced aluminum frame

Thanks to hydroforming and triple butted tubes, Orbea was able to optimize the wall thicknesses to save weight while strengthening the most stressed areas. The highly polished aluminum frame can hardly be distinguished from the carbon version. The process also ensures particularly fatigue-resistant weld seams.

Trail optimized chassis

The progressive characteristic, in combination with the anti-squat properties of the main pivot point, allows for efficient propulsion instead of draining your energy. With a high breakaway torque, the chassis offers an active driving experience with great traction. If the entire suspension travel is exhausted, for example when hitting hard bumps on blocked trails, the progressive spring curve keeps the bike under control.
