The Orbea Oiz M-TEAM with SRAM AXS
Orbea OIZ M-TEAM AXS: Take control. Make no compromises. The Oiz is not a downcountry or trail bike, but a stunning 120mm XC race weapon that is as beautiful as it is effective. Modern geometry and intelligent suspension designed from the ground up for 120mm add extra fun to every ride without compromising on weight or efficiency. Quite simply, the Oiz is the fastest XC bike to leave the Orbea factory in over 180 years. By cutting out everything superfluous and adding only what improves your pedaling performance, a frame weight of just 1750 grams was achieved. Lightness is key to a fast XC bike, and by never endingly searching for the simplest solutions, Orbea has ensured that the Oiz doesn't have to compromise to be fast.

- Steeper steering angle : More control and stability on fast descents
- Longer top tube: The top tube has been designed to fit the 60 to 90 mm long handlebar stem to provide good balance while ensuring the steering control important for XC racing
- Lower Strack: Optimized for 120 mm travel to achieve the pressure on the front wheel needed for cornering and climbing
- Short chainstays : For more agility, responsiveness and acceleration
- Stays in shape: The chain and seat stays with special profile resist torsional forces without increasing the weight. 12% more stiffness means the Oiz reacts to every pedal stroke faster than ever.
- Larger bearings: Larger bearings distribute the load better, which means a small but not insignificant improvement in stiffness. This brings the Oiz even closer to perfection.
- Fiberlink: In search of more rigidity in the rear triangle and clearer lines, we developed Fiberlink with injected long fibers: the perfect combination of low weight and impressive rigidity.
- Powerspine / Dynamic Structure: The majority of the torsional forces and lateral loads are absorbed by the lower part of the frame. The head tube, down tube and chainstays withstand the loads and transfer the power efficiently to the rear wheel.
- Electronic shifting: SRAM delivers the etap AXS, a fully electronic, wireless shifting system for best performance
