Experience faster and more precise rear shifts with the wireless Di2. A more compact design integrates the wireless unit, charging port and function button. You can check the battery level and the success of the Bluetooth/ANT pairing with your bike computer/smartphone/tablet. You can also select your preferred shifting mode and view adjustment mode information (if you want to tweak or adjust your rear derailleur).

Shimano Shadow RD
With its sophisticated technology, the Shimano SHadwo RD rear derailleur is also particularly suitable for a more aggressive riding style. The extremely minimized profile brings with it a number of advancements. Due to its flat design and the construction based on single preload, the rear derailleur does not hit the chainstay even under the roughest conditions. The circuit works cleanly and quietly.
Direct mount rear derailleur
With a mounting option for Shimano Shadow RD and Shimano Shadow RD+, rear wheels are easier to remove. The direct mount feature is designed to fit a wide range of modern frames with large chainstays, particularly mountain bikes with thru-axle dropouts. Allows flexible frame construction No special tool requirements (mounting screw M10x1, without E-clip) Easier to install rear wheel.
E-Tube Project - Settings customizable via the app
The E-Tube Project mobile application developed by Shimano has functions for bike customization, firmware update and maintenance using a wireless connection to the bike. More detailed maintenance of the bike is possible by connecting the bike to the E-Tube Project application for Windows V4 using a cable.
