Sensibly equipped with raised pockets, underarm ventilation and a fitted hood. This product is made with Eco Finish, environmentally friendly, water-repellent without fluorocarbons (PFC). Ceplex Active - high-quality membrane protects against moisture and wind
The high-quality Ceplex Active membrane developed by VAUDE is waterproof, windproof and highly breathable. This keeps the moisture out and the heat in. Your VAUDE product can withstand a water column of at least 10,000 millimeters (JIS L 1092 B). The membrane is made of polyurethane (PU), thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) or polyester (PES) and is 100 percent free of environmentally harmful fluorocarbons and PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene). We also use Ceplex Active as a coating.

Eco Finish: Environmentally friendly water-repellent

VAUDE products with Eco Finish are environmentally friendly, water-repellent and made without fluorocarbons (PFC). PFCs belong to a group of chemical compounds that are used to waterproof the outer fabric of many outdoor products. They have come under criticism because they are considered non-degradable, accumulate in the body and are suspected of being harmful to health. VAUDE has a clear commitment to completely avoid PFCs.
