Hope stainless steel braided steel line
After extensive research and testing, Hope has sourced an excellent UK-made stainless steel braided hose. The hose has a central Teflon core that is surrounded by a stainless steel braid. The mesh also has a plastic coating to prevent it from rubbing against the frame and forks.
The hose does not allow power to be transmitted from the lever to the caliper, even in the most extreme situations. It's also extremely sturdy and more flexible than standard tubing.
