When motor assistance meets human muscle power, the number of terrains a bike can conquer inevitably increases. The H 1900 Spline is made for exactly this and is now equipped with the proven DT Swiss Ratchet technology. The Ratchet LN system distributes the combined power of the rider and motor over a greater area than the previous ratchet freehub system, increasing the system's robustness through lower peak loads. The 370 hub, combined with reinforced hybrid spokes and a durable aluminum rim with two internal widths, enables full power transmission to the ground.

Ratchet LN
Toothed washers instead of pawls. The simultaneous meshing of toothed discs ensures a larger contact area and a more even distribution of the load. The result: Outstanding reliability. The modular design of the hub also allows easy adjustment of the pressure angle and the freewheel body. With the Ratchet LN, DT Swiss ratchet systems can be converted to the Ratchet System. To make this conversion possible, the seal of the freewheel system was attached to the freewheel body and not, as with the other ratchet systems, to the hub shell.

tubeless
All DT Swiss wheels are tubeless ready and the ASM versions are delivered with the tubeless tape and the corresponding valves installed.

per lock
During the Pro Lock process, a two-component adhesive is injected into the nipple thread, which enables the construction of extremely durable wheels. As soon as the nipples are screwed in, the adhesive is activated, which hardens completely at room temperature after approx. 6 - 7 hours. Repeated re-centering is possible without any problems, whereby the adhesive strength decreases slightly with each re-centering.

pressure angle
The pressure angle is the maximum angle that the freewheel body can rotate until the splines of the freewheel body fully mesh and the hub shell accelerates. According to DT Swiss, 36 intervention points represent the best optimization within the three-dimensional perspective in terms of reliability, weight and intervention points, taking into account factors such as suspension, maximum free travel (backlash) and pedal kickback.
