InfraRed yarns have a high elastomer content for continuous compressive support, mixed with Lycra for a firm, supportive hold on the foot, ankle and lower leg. The heel and toe areas are made of a bacteriostatic microfiber that offers greater comfort and has an odor-inhibiting effect.
The 240-needle construction ensures a seamless wraparound and therefore friction-free comfort. A ribbed band running around the arch of the foot provides cooling and supports the foot in the shoe. An optimized elastic band at the top of the cuff ensures the smoothest possible transition between the knitted material and the skin.
