The lightweight Tubolito Cargo bicycle tube

Full speed ahead: In order to be able to deliver even the heaviest loads without any problems, the Tubo-Cargo developed for cargo bikes shines with three times the robustness compared to standard hoses. In addition, it holds its breath better than competing products under the stresses of everyday life. The Tubo-Cargo is available in 20", 24" and 26" sizes, each with an Auto and Presta valve.

The new generation of bicycle tubes

Tubolito combines the innovative high-tech material thermoplastic with a newly developed production technology. Seams are reduced to a minimum and remaining seams overlap widely.

The result is a unique, high-quality product - as if made from one piece. The test riders were enthusiastic about the combination of weight reduction and higher durability at the same time.

Tubolito hoses made of the high-tech thermoplastic material can withstand forces twice as high as standard hoses. The material can be stretched more than four times, which offers maximum protection against a puncture. A 0.75 mm test mandrel runs through a pre-drilled hole in the jacket at a defined speed. Tire pressure is 2.0 bar. The force and the distance to the tire burst are recorded. Tubolito is clearly convincing here: The puncture resistance in terms of punctures is twice as high as with standard tubes.
