Shimano`s racing bike cassette for 12-speed drive systems
The seamless gearshifts of the Dura-Ace R9200 12-speed cassette allow the driver to concentrate fully on climbs, sprints and overcoming their own limits without having to worry about the next gearshift. Pinions with more teeth ensure higher drive efficiency and ensure compatibility with Shimano 11- and 12-speed FREEHUB freehub bodies.
HYPERGLIDE + cassettes set new standards for shifting in off-road use thanks to smooth shifting across the entire range of gears. It is time for this technology to be used on racing bikes as well. Even with the greatest effort on climbs or when sprinting to the finish line, drivers no longer have to shy away from shifting gears. In all gears, the Dura-Ace R9250 drive train ensures maximum efficiency thanks to larger teeth and ensures compatibility with existing 11-speed freehub bodies. Despite their expansion to 12 gears and without causing higher weight, Dura Ace CS-R9200 cassettes set new standards in racing bike gear systems.

The newly designed cassette and chain of the HYPERGLIDE + drive represent the new generation of driving - with improved speed, shifting efficiency and smoothness on any terrain.

The clearly defined upshifts and downshifts in both directions promotes the driver's concentration and supports acceleration. The highly efficient drive with more even power transmission ensures more comfort and less stress. The large selection of gears and cassettes and the combination with one or two chainrings offers support for many different riding styles, levels of experience and preferences.
