When it comes to price, compromises often have to be made. With the Avenue LED, Bell chose a different approach. They have given the helmet carefully sculpted ventilation openings and an elegant design, and equipped it with the same features that they build into their high-end models. These include the Sweat Guide lining and No-Twist Tri-Glides for easy webbing adjustment. Bell has even gone a step further and offers it in an LED version that features a 20 lumen LED taillight integrated with the Ergo Fit™ system. The rear light is unobtrusive, increases your visibility many times over and can be recharged quickly and easily thanks to the micro-USB.

Fusion In-Mold Polycarbonate Shell
The EPS foam is injected into the thin microshell shell while it's still in the mold (or "mold", which explains the name) rather than molding it separately and then gluing it on later. This process was first introduced by Bell and is now the standard for all demanding helmets.
Ergo Fit™ system
After a thorough revision, the ErgoDial is now called the Ergo Fit™. In addition to a significantly improved adjustment mechanism (no more pressing and turning), it is now also significantly slimmer and less conspicuous.
